We read every message that comes through. Whether you have a question about a manicure, spotted an error in a guide, want to collaborate, or just want to share a photo of nails you're proud of — this is the place to reach us.
When to Reach Out
There's no wrong reason to get in touch, but here are the most common ones:
- Reader questions — stuck on a technique, not sure which polish to pick, or want a recommendation for a specific occasion? Ask away.
- Corrections — if a guide has an error, an outdated product, or a broken detail, tell us and we'll fix it with a dated note.
- Story ideas — there's a trend you want covered, or a technique you wish someone explained clearly.
- Collaborations and PR — brands, nail artists, and photographers who'd like to work with us.
- Editorial submissions — writers and manicurists who want to pitch a piece.
Response Time
We aim to reply to every message within five business days. Reader questions and corrections usually get answered fastest. Collaboration and PR inquiries may take a little longer while we review fit.
Collaborations & PR Inquiries
We're open to working with nail brands, tool makers, and artists whose products we'd genuinely recommend. We do not accept payment for positive coverage, and any sponsored or affiliate content is always clearly labeled — see our Editorial Policy for the full disclosure standards. If you're pitching a product, please include what it is, why it's a fit for our readers, and any imagery you can share.
Editorial Submissions
If you're a writer or a licensed nail professional, we welcome pitches. Send a short summary of your idea, two or three reference images, and a sentence about your background. We're especially interested in technique deep-dives, trend reporting tied to a real cultural moment, and reader nail diaries.
